We are a metro Atlanta-based, family-run general contracting firm specializing in the retail sector. Founded by a real estate developer and a Harvard MBA, our mission is to set a higher standard in commercial construction through transparent bidding, disciplined project management, and on-time delivery. ​Focused on the Georgia market, we deliver tailored construction solutions for our clients. Our Story
On Point Construction was founded on a shared vision: to bring greater professionalism, reliability, and transparency to restaurant and retail construction.

Kevin launched the firm with over a decade of experience as a commercial real estate developer with O’Leary Partners in metro Atlanta. Having overseen numerous development projects, he saw firsthand how inconsistent execution could delay timelines, inflate costs, and complicate even straightforward builds. He set out to create a better option – one that improved outcomes for developers, owners, and all stakeholders.

Spencer joined shortly thereafter, bringing a complementary perspective shaped by his background as a veteran and as a finance professional. As a graduate of Harvard Business School and a former investment banker for J.P. Morgan’s Consumer & Retail group, Spencer brings deep insight into the retail and restaurant industries and a rigorous, client-focused approach to construction management.
